On Monday 26 August 2024, the ongoing business and assets of Technology Holdings Limited, trading as Eftpos Specialists, were acquired by Smartpay Limited.

 With this acquisition, Eftpos Specialists customers and team members join Smartpay, who is well regarded in New Zealand for offering reliable payment solutions backed by 24/7, 365-day support and easily integrated with your POS of choice. Together, we expand the size of our New Zealand EFTPOS terminal fleet and extend the ability to be on-site with top-tier service across the nation.

There is no immediate change for Eftpos Specialists customers, and they will continue to receive the great support and service from the team that they know and love.
